Wow! Elizabeth and her team are awesome! I had an issue where I spent the good part of week shopping for homeowners insurance with wind / hurricane coverage that my elderly mother let lapse. My problem was that since she let it lapse and had a claim a couple of years ago, it was tough to get a good rate and have agents get back to you in the same day. So on a Friday after 4 PM and after being frustrated by another agency that actually gave a good preliminary quote but would not respond to email and 2 phone calls, I searched again and found Statewide. I knew it was a long shot to get my mother covered before the weekend but Elizabeth did it! She warned it might not be possible but she did it! I would give this insurance company 5 stars but unfortunately because of one of their employees, i can not. I called this company at 11am this morning to try and get insurance for one of our mutual clients vehicle that they purchased with me this past Saturday. After speaking with Laurie Howard at 11am, she asked me to email her the bill of sale for the transaction which i emailed to her shortly after getting off the phone. I told her the vehicle was purchased on saturday while they were closed so i would need the proof of insurance by the end of day today. After waiting all day for the email she told me she would send with proof of insurance, i received NOTHING. I called the company back around 4pm and spoke with Laurie Howard again.
