Stearn's RV

Had an issue with my travel trailer breaks while towing and thought I had burned up the bearings. Brought the trailer in to get it all checked. They had a tech come out to the trailer, jack it up and check both wheels, breaks and bearings. Replaced a couple of rings on the wheels and cleaned everything up to where it all looked brand new. Tech took the time to explain what he was doing, very courteous. I will definitely be going back for the inspections and winterizing of the trailer. This is now my go to place for the camper. Thank you again for all your help.

I took our small camper in for a couple of issues, one being the electric not charging the battery. They worked on it quickly. The next day, I went over the bill and realized that they had charged me twice for the labor. When I called, I was told that shouldn't have been on the bill. He suggested that I take store credit. That wasn't really what I needed so I went back to get a refund of $145.00. A second person didn't really know the situation and didn't know how to give a refund. Finally, the first person came out and handed me $100 in cash and said "Take it." When I asked about the other $45.00 he said something about other things they did. Finally, I left fearing it would get nasty, still $45.00 short. I see all of these glowing reviews, but I will not be going back there!

Great job by the team at Stearns RV. Two new leaf spring hangers needed be replaced on my fifthwheel. Mark and his team replaced the spring hangers in a timely manor and added stabilizers between the frame and leaf springs to prevent future damage. In addition, rear leaf springs were replaced and remaining suspension inspected. I will be going back for future rv work as needed.
