I’m a traveling nurse made my way from Oregon across the country to new Stanton where I had issues with my 2005 soccer mom van. I pulled into. Steel City Performance. The owner Bobby met me at my car, immediately attended to my vehicle with knowledge and expertise and treated me with respect. The part could not be ordered so he manufactured the required part so I could continue my journey to my son‘s wedding in Pittsburgh. Bobby is a hero to me! His kindness and attention to detail, responsiveness, expertise and excellent communication through the process made this an ideal experience in a situation, which could have been extremely challenging for me. In addition, Bobby ordered parts for my car so I would have them in my possession in case of an emergency on my travels back to the West Co

These people are great and the definition of good business , I had called when I needed a tire for my car and gave me an amazing quote. While on the way to their shop my tire blew out and I was stuck on the side of 70. I had messaged them and told him I didn’t know what to do and that I couldn’t afford tow , they went out of their way to come drive out 20ish minutes there and back to change out my tire and everything to get me back on the road. All of that while his own vehicle broke down and chose to come out to me first. They have great people , great service and great looking cars. Definitely recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. My Honda Odyssey died on the Pennsylvania Turnpike leaving my family of five stuck on the side of the road on a hot August Saturday afternoon. We called every mechanic we could get ahold of and were becoming resigned to getting a hotel for 2 nights and having the car looked at on Monday morning; no one would even be able to take a look at the car until then. Just then we got a return call from Steel City Performance with an apology that they hadn't answered our first call, but an offer to diagnose and attempt to repair the car that afternoon. After an extremely quick diagnoses, we found out our alternator was dead, but that they could pick up and install a new one that evening. I have been dealing with this shop for about 4 years now and its the most honest . Affordable and reliable shop in the Tri state area, with no Bs and gets your repair done fast and most importantly safe. I have 5 vehicles and 4 sons with vehicles and belong to a Car club and we all go to him and him alone. Just last week on a friday night at 9:30pm my Corvette broke down wouldn’t shift into gear. I called him upset , he said no worries, get me the keys. He went out that night knew how to manually put car into gear. Got it back to his shop , had it back to me 2 days later .after shifter cable arrived , No Tow truck Didnt even charge me to go get it . Unbelievable service . I will never use another mechanic.
