Stefen's Auto Repair and Towing

When our car broke down on a weekend night while passing through, Stefen answered the phone with an amazing heart of service and walked us through exactly how to resolve the situation so that we could get back on the road. He didn't even need to take us into his shop and he genuinely wanted to best and most affordable outcome for us, which did not require any work from him beyond an extremely helpful phone call that he graciously took on his day off.

Coming over Horseshoe Bend with a borrowed truck pulling our camper we started throwing black smoke going a whole 25miles up the hill-I called Stephan and asked if he could take a look at 6 PM-he told us to come on in. He was over the top Professional-Helpful-Kind-Knowledgeable & more than Fair.I would take any vehicle to him for any job needed. Words cannot Thank Stephan enough for helping us out & saving our weekend & my friends Truck.

We were stuck ontop of horseshoe bend hill... Dead battery, ended up it was an alternator problem, but I called down to them, they had the right battery, brand new, and hooked me up to the service tech who brought it up and put it in..... I'm going to have my vehicle's worked on in horseshoe bend now on.... Knowledgeable, great price, down to home service....
