I had a great experience with this shop. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and were always easy to reach. You can really tell they care about their customers and want to help. They were very professional and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the work being done on my car. The prices are not the cheapest, but you definitely get quality service for what you pay. When I was there, I even saw very high-end luxury vehicles inside the shop — including a Rolls-Royce — which shows the level of trust and quality they provide. I strongly recommend Steinway Auto Repairs. I have been going there since 1995, and even when I moved away from Astoria, I drive 35-45 minutes to take my car there. Nick’s father was excellent, trustworthy, dependable and the team of mechanics that worked in his garage were also carefully handpicked for their excellence. Like his father, Nick slso shares the same characteristics and runs a very respectable business. As always, they took excellent care of my Toyota Camry, repaired the electric outlet for my cell phone, and changed the oil in about an hour, and while taking care of other cars as well. Steinway Auto repair took care of my BMW in the best way possible. They solved the problem with the oil leak I had that was also affecting the serpentine belt. They fixed my suspension which was destroyed and fixed my headlights which many places where not able to fix. The shop is a little bit more pricey than other places, but it leaves me with the peace of mind that I am actually getting good quality work; they know what they are doing and operate an honest business. Nick is very knowledgeable and so is Raymond. They did not lie to me like many other places and tell you exactly what is wrong with your car with no bull. Nick also helped me with other details on the car like my muffler which was damaged by another garage and fixed the problem free of charge. I recommend this shop for anyon
