Bobby is a great salesman & everyone that I encountered just seemed to have good vibes & even had a waiting room with snacks for the kids & family! I definitely recommend!!

Brought my car in for key fob programming. The service department runs smoothly. Two service writers great customers as we come in. Service needs are assessed and work order is quickly generated. I was ushered into a comfortable waiting area. A few minutes late my car was back and I had a new key fob. Easy peasy. Keep up the good work. 👍

Out of town customer. My 2018 GMC Denali had issues. Made an appointment on line. Explained my situation (taking care of my mom) they got me in and found a heater hose leaking causing a misfire on a cylinder. The tech stayed over and fixed our truck. Drove back to Indiana today. Truck ran great. No issues at all. Appreciate getting me back on the road.

You don’t ever want to have unexpected car trouble while on a long trip - but if you do, you’d better hope it’s in or near Pensacola. You cannot possibly get any better service than what you’ll get from Pensacola Buick GMC. I love my GMC vehicles and the superb engineering, but when something goes wrong, you need the best possible talent and organization on the ground.
