You all need to consider this shop. I was having what I thought was an oil leak I took it to a shop who confirmed that it was actually a transmission leak instead, and they could not fix it. Took it to another shop and they said the same. Took it to Stephens Automotive finally. Not only were they able to officially tell me where the leak was coming from. They were also able to fix it. Very impressed with their work and customer service.
Had me SUV towed there and was notified that the belt was broken. They then stated that they want to replace all the belts that ended up costing me over 1000. Went again for what they said was 2 hoses leaking and once again they wanted to replace all the belts, which is about 20 different parts and got a quote of 7000. As why they couldn't just repair the 2 belts, and she quoted me 1800. Called a shop in Warner Robins, got my truck towed there. They diagnosed my truck, no hoses were leaking, it was the thermostat housing . They ordered a new one, replaced the liquid and I only paid 773. Stephens, should be ashamed of overcharging for repairs. I think that they owe me about 500 for the belts that they probably never changed. Shame on you, the lady Karen kept saying when you drive fancy cars
