The Florida Highway Patrol called this business to come tow our car after an accident and the employees were very helpful as to how to come and retrieve our stuff from the car since the car was totaled. It’s free during business hours and a fee during night time. Brett helped us in retrieving our items and was very polite and helpful. I can see why the FHP called these guys. They were great from start to finish and I appreciate how helpful they were. Great business!

SCAM COMPANY!! Do not use this towing company!!! stay far away! Called them for a tow after a car hit me. They lied about pricing even when i confirmed 3 times to get me to tow it to their lot instead of the repair shop. They told me it would be $150 for the tow to a repair shop but since it was out of traffic the tow to their lot would be just the milage of the tow and $30 a night for storage. I came the next morning to $430 charge. The most unpleasant and rude man I have ever encountered was running the yard. After hours for them to let me in the yard they held my car hostage for the full payment. I called and talked to 3 managers who were all aggressively rude while i was courteous and respectful. Predatory tow companies like this should be shut down. Its sad that people like this exist

Stepp’s towing came to the rescue after my tire blew out on 1-75 on my way to work. The penciled me in their schedule, picked my truck up without me even being there, and called me after dropping it off at the tire shop. Great customer service and 10/10 will call again.

Travis our tow truck driver was the BEST driver we could have asked for. Such a kind person and very hard worker. Your company is lucky to have him!

Called and scheduled a tow due to issues getting my car started. They showed up 20 mins late from appointment time and then jumped the car. Then claimed my alternator may be bad because it has a low reading. Reading was 13.5/13.8 which is in the lower side of normal. Especially for a car that had a dead battery. So instead of being honest he insinuated that i would break down if i didnt get the tow which was only $40 more than the $120 he charged to jump my car. Over all staff that set up appointment was great. My experience with the driver was a negative. Would not recommend.
