I love and trust this shop. Nathan is honest, very knowledgeable and fair on pricing. He and his crew are solid mechanics and do their best to deliver the right repairs in the estimated time frame. I've never had an issue here. Neither has my Dad or other family/friends. You can count on Sterling Auto. Busy shop because of that so plan ahead and make an appointment if possible LOL

My truck sounded like it was going to fall apart. It was making abnormal noises so I did a quick Google search to find the closest mechanic and pulled in. Although they were busy, they still found fifteen minutes to pull my vehicle into a stall, lift it and look underneath to determine the problem. The problem was severe. Their schedule was full but they got me in a week later. During the week, I did some research, checking out Sterling Ave Auto Service and was reassured with the reviews. I then checked out the quote and called to check exactly what I was paying for. I made a change that added to the quote. After they started working on the truck, they found other problems. The gentlemen at Sterling were very attentive to our needs and saw our car immediately when we broke down on our way to Arkansas. Their assessment of the problem gave us the knowledge we needed when calling the dealership. They allowed us to stay in the AC in their lobby for almost 4 hours while waiting for a tow truck to take us home. You rarely find small-town friendliness and compassion like this anymore!
