Today I leased a dodge ram 1500 Laramie from Sterling Heights Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and I have nothing but good things to say about the team and Jasmin DuBose as a salesmen, she did an amazing job finding my specific truck and getting me to the price I needed to be at on top of that she made sure to be attentive when I wasn’t in the dealer and always kept me posted about what was currently going on within the deal. If I had to buy another dodge it would most certainly be from Jasmin DuBose she gave me an unrivaled experience. If there were negative stars I would leave that. The service department is terrible. 2 years ago I brought my promaster in for service, they told me there was a leak and it needed replacing. Had it replaced, but, not before going through 2 other radiators that had flaws in exactly the same place, a 3rd one was finally found. In the past 2-1/2 years they have replaced the thermostat 3 times. The coolant system hoses, the oil adapter housing. Now they are replacing a defective radiator that had leaked over all the hoses and belts that also need to be replaced. All this because of inferior parts. At one point, my washer motor failed, they replaced the wiper motor instead. Never touched the washer pump that I replaced personally after they wanted to charge me over $300 for the 25$ part. Sterling Heights Dodge did an excellent job covering warranty work on my Jeep Grand Wagoneer for a dealership that closed. The dealership manager, Shelby in the service department and even the porter Cameron were excellent. The communication and customer service provided by this dealership is rare to find today.
