I came in on a Saturday afternoon to have my tire plugged. I was told a time to return. When I returned they were ready, quickly took my vehicle in, plugged the tire all for the reasonable price of $25.00 - I gave the grumpy (LOL) technician a $5.00 tip. Come on, let's be real, this is a hard line of business and we need to encourage one another! That means, us, the customer. People need encouragement even if we are paying them. As far as some of the complaints about coolant flushes gone wrong, after another local business (around the corner on Garfield) trashed my Land Rover engine and then my Ford Explorer ST engine, I learned my lesson with in-depth engine trouble ...TAKE IT TO THE DEALER! Stopped by this morning to get my brakes inspected. I knew the front pads and rotors were shot.Tim the gentleman I dealt with was working the place by himself, was very courteous and honest. Said that my rear brakes still had life, and didn’t need to be replaced. But he needed to replace front rotors and pads. At a very reasonable price and timely as well. I recommend Tim if you need auto work. He’s honest and fair.

During my work day, I noticed a flat on my truck. With only two hours remaining in my shift... :[ I called this place (admittedly) 'cause it was right across the street.. (Convenience is key!) Little did i know though... I was in for a treat! I was given an estimate (that I loved) within minutes, and they replaced both front tires before I was even done working! (Less than an hour later!!) These guys are seriously incredible. Customer service was great, and the prices even better. Speed and quality too? Too good to be true! :] I'm very grateful for all the guys at the shop; I feel comfortable trusting their work AND recommending it to others.

Bought the oil change/tire rotation Groupon. Made the appointment. I showed up early and I waited 4 hours! Then I got my car back totally misaligned. So I had to return on Monday for them to fix that. Next, I brought my other car to them 1 month later on a Wednesday at 1045am because I bought 2 Groupons. The place only had 2 customers there but the guy told me they nearest available appointment is for Friday. I pointed out that they are not even busy today and he told me to go ahead and fix their customers cars myself. He also said they don't take customers without an appointment which is a complete lie because i noticed plenty of walk-ins the first time i was there. Horrible customer service and horrible service! I So regret buying that Groupon.

Called in to make sure they could do my oil change. When I get there they tell me they're all booked this week even though I made the appointment. Would not recommend. Did a safety check here before but they completely missed my brake like being on the verge of breaking. Luckily I took it to my trusted mechanic in time. Don's Auto near 9 and Ryan.
