I have really enjoyed using Sterling Peaks, but I would say the last 6 months, he’s been impossible to get ahold of! We needed help with our home owners insurance and were dropped because I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I’ve been emailing and calling since April 9th and it’s April 21st now. We’ve tried to stop by his office multiple times, email, phone call. NOTHING!

This is not a good agency to use. I called on 11/5/24 requesting a call about a letter I received in the mail about dropping home owners in 1/2025. Still waiting for a return call. Bought a new car 12/26/24. I have called every day to get new coverage. Still no call back. People that answer the phone are nice. Never had this problem with State Farm. Will be dropping Sterling Peaks.

From the beginning of getting Sterling Peaks Insurance Bobby has been very helpful and communicates all the information that i need for our insurance questions.
