Sterry Street Towing

My motorhome needed to be towed to a repair shop. I wanted it done a certain way that might normally not be done, and that other tow companies had refused to do. I was called by the manager who took the time to explain various motorhome towing procedures in detail, and concluded by saying I was the customer and they would tow it by whichever of these procedures I preferred. He sent a tow truck in a timely fashion on my schedule with a very professional operator who was careful to do things in a meticulous manner, then went back to check that everything was done properly before moving, and even pulled over and stopped after a couple of miles to get out and check the tow. Overall it's apparent that customer service and proper procedures are important to this company. I would not hesitate

Great response during the blizzard. you assisted us with a stuck fire truck in Richmond, Shaun called and said he would arrive in 45 minutes and 50 minutes later he was there. He was very careful to not cause any damage and definitely does his job very well. even in a blizzard late at night he had a very positive and friendly attitude. Credit to you all for a job well done.

Today, I was stuck in the snow in the blizzard with emergency services telling me that they called off all plows and tow trucks, that my only change of rescue after four hours of being stuck, was the national guard to come and that may take more hours. Starry St towing did not stop. They came and rescued me. I am ever grateful and I know that they saved my life today. They have a life long patron now. The driver gave me a ride to my coworkers down the street. I was soaking wet and cold to the bone. Now I'm warming up and they are still going back to my car towed. Thank you, thank you! Above and beyond. Truly my heroes!

my car got towed here i payed them to have it towed out i give them there money they then take 5 hours to drop my car off upon inspecting my car for damages i notice non okay cool so i tget in the car my brake lights now on and they put the E brake on and broke the release button not to mention the receptionist is rude refused to give me to the manager until she had a reason (reason was her being rude) as soon as he gets on the phone he solves the issue i was having immediatly these people are absolute crooks and this has been nothing but a bad experice thank you @SterryStreetTowing woudlnt even have left a review if you didnt mess with my Ebrake PS-check out how the owner only responds to good reviews

Greatest towing yard ever, would always work with you if you are short on any cash. Great customer service couldn’t be more happy to deal with them… 😁😁
