I am writing to formally express our profound disappointment and concern following our recent visit to your dealership for service on two vehicles. Initially, we requested a simple oil change for both vehicles. However, one of the bills escalated to an astonishing $1,600, accompanied by an alarming list of alleged issues with the vehicle.
