Ian was great. My car was having “unusual problems”. He and the master technician tracked it down, and even dealt with our long term warranty (not with Honda) to get the very expensive part covered. Thank you, Ian and team.

Terrible service and very careless workers! A few months ago, I came here for an oil change — they didn’t tighten something properly, and the oil started leaking from my engine. Later, they fixed it, but that mistake could have ruined my car. Then just yesterday, I went back to do a tire rotation (they moved the front tires to the back and the back to the front), but they forgot to do the wheel balancing and didn’t perform the TPMS calibration. I paid for the service, but they didn’t do it right. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

All the staff were extremely nice. Wait time was minimum. Will bring my car back again.

Brad Bolling was super helpful and offered great customer service. We had an issue that was difficult to figure out, but Brad made it easy for us to get a rental and handled everything with the warranty company so we didn't have to deal with it. He also had us shuttled there and home several times on demand. We do our own oil changes, etc so we hope we don't have to come back anytime soon (no hard feelings!) but when we do need to come back, we know we're in good hands.

We have all of our vehicles serviced at Steve Padgett and their express service center always does a great job with a quick turn-around. Very helpful employees!
