I found them on Google and read an excellent review on how they handled a flat tyre. I had an issue with one of the rear tyre in my tesla. They assessed and gave me a clear direction on the next steps with Tesla. Proud to have them as a local business in Watertown NY. All this free of charge.

Awesome staff, products and service, however, my only negative comment is the lack of appointments. We live on Pillar Point and I had to get up at 6:00 a.m. in order to get there 15 minutes before the business opened and stand in line in 5° temperature so that I could hopefully get the work done that day. When I arrived, there were 3 people in line already. Luckily, I made the cut and was able to buy new tires and have them installed. Other than that one issue, I would highly recommend this business for your automotive needs.

My front tire was very low needed a patch. Cheneys got me in next day. After examining my tires they informed me that my other tires were loosing air too. Without their attention to detail I may have ended up with a flat. I appreciate their diligence. They patched me up and I should be good for the rest of the winter.

After recently moving to the area my neighbor recommended the shop and I could not be happier with the service. They were friendly, informative and more than reasonably priced. After being given my vehicles diagnosis there was no attempt to upsell any other services and the work was done quickly. I intend to utilize them whenever needed.

STEVE, I CANT TELL YOU HOW GRATEFUL I AM FOR THE FAST AND COURTEOUS SERVICE YOU AND YOUR GUYS PERFORMED. WE MADE IT TO SYRACUSE WITH HEAT IN OUR TRUCK AND A CLEAN WINDSHIELD.
