An unexpected event occurred early in the morning, and I needed two tires ASAP to replace two flat tires. One phone call, and Jim Scott, and Joe Perry came through for me and accomplished this with zero hassle. They tires i requested were in stock, and reasonably priced. Jim Scott, and Joe Perry were both extremely professional, and helpful. When i got out of work, the tires were mounted, and the alignment was complete! Hats off to these guys and the crew at Steve Shannon Tire. Highly recommended!!! Its this type of customer service that we need more of in this world.

Service and price was fine but I went in for new tires because I had a flat, they only had 2 in stock so they were going to replace 2 now and order 2 more ... They put two new tires on but didn't replace the one that was flat!!! Didn't realize until I had driven a bit and my light was still on (was told it takes a couple miles to reset) and by then they were closed for the day, so I had to reschedule a work trip at the last minute because they replaced the wrong tires. When I went back they apologized half heartedly and didn't offer any discount our anything. Will not be going there again.

This was my third time going to Steve Shannon and each time the guys were great! They got me right in and my vehicle was ready even earlier than they promised. I moved to the area recently and will be making this my home garage going forward!

I was very impressed with the service I received seeing this was my first time coming here. Kyle and Jim went above and beyond to address all of my questions and concerns to put my mind at ease. They were recommended to me by my daughter and I will definitely be returning when I have other things I need done. It is great to deal with honest people.
