Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center

I've been patronizing Steve Shannon's ever since they gave my son his first job as a co-op when he attended as a student at the local dauphin county technical School. They have always treated me well. I take my vehicles there for everything. I get good service, respect and I'm sincerely appreciated. And the one time I had a major issue, they made it right. I seldom do these online reviews and maybe I should. Today however when I went in, it was just a routine oil change and possible tire rotation. As usual I received outstanding service. I ding the star however, because I was not real happy to see the gambling kiosks. I'm sorry. This does not set the tone for what I want to see in this type of business or establishment. Great service. The staff was very helpful and assured me that they would assess and fix my tire issues. The establishment is very clean and spacious. Stopped in late Friday afternoon to ask about an Inspection. Was offered an appointment the following day, Saturday! Great service, fast and thorough. Staff were super courteous and friendly. Will definitely return and will recommend to orhers. Thank you so much!

Went in for an inspection. They found a couple things wrong, they needed to fix. They did a fast amazing job, and at the end, when they found a few extra things that needed done, they did not even charge me the labor for them. I asked them to remove one of my tire stem caps which they did, but then they replaced all four with new ones for me too!! These guys are great.And I hope they enjoyed the big cookiie!!

We discovered a bubble on our tire just as the snow was starting today. It took us 4 shops before we found Steve Shannon who actually had our oddly sized tire in stock. In about 90 mins we had 2 new tires and were on our way. Alex was great! And as we were waiting, a lot of repeat customers stopped by which is always a good sign.
