Very unprofessional experience. I spoke with Mark the day before and asked if I could drop my car off that evening since my wheel started shaking after hitting a pothole. He said that was fine since they don’t take appointments. Around 6 PM I left my car and placed my key in an envelope with my name, phone number, and the issue written on it and dropped it through the shop’s drop box. The next morning I called around 9:30 AM after hearing nothing. Mark told me he saw my car but couldn’t find my key. After putting me on hold and calling back about 40 minutes later, he asked if I actually left it and if I could bring another key. My car was already there, so that obviously wasn’t possible. The best place with the best people! I had a flat tire last week and stopped by to see if they could help. They carefully inspected my car for about 50 minutes, explained the issue clearly, and told me it was fixed — no need to replace the tire. They even refused to take payment since it wasn’t actually a tire problem. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism! They are reliable, trustworthy, and kind. I’ll definitely come back here for any future car issues.

Went in for state inspection. Total price is $82. Was very quick, in and out in less than 30 min, if that. Price on the board was $42 for inspection , but that doesn’t include emission, not sure why it’s listed if it is just a part of the mandatory requirement.

I i was just down there that had my car inspected. Well, it's more amazing that's where I go. I'll get my car inspected. So I don't get a ticket. I got oil and I all felt her on up air filter. Mike was a great help and very professional. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We drove 2hrs. From NY, I we didn’t need an appointment to complete the car inspection. The entire process was done in 30min. Will definitely be returning to complete any car work I will need in the future.
