We were greeted when coming in the door, our appointment was handle in a timely manner and the customer service was great! We were given a list of our vehicle's needs for inspection along with an offer for advice and support as we figured out where to get the required parts. Very satisfied.

I called to get tires mounted and balanced and the my were able to get me scheduled in just a couple of hours. This was my first time having a vehicle serviced there and it was a good experience. They were punctual, friendly and professional. Would recommend

Steve Shannon’s was recommended by a friend. I went there for a slow air leak in my tire and they said it was do to a small dried out area. They ordered me 4 new tires that I did not request and I did not buy. I left and went to auto zone to buy slime to put in my tire to fix the small leak and found that it was my valve stem the whole time. They did not find this. I went to Mavis in wysox and had it fixed. Will not go to Steve Shannon’s again

Took vehicle in for faulty gas gage told it would be done next day. Ask for call on price never received the call. waited another day. I was told getting done. Ask for call on price never received. Went to get vehicle walked in to get a bill for 1,018.55 ask why didn't anyone call. For such a large amount. Told I am just here to close the job very poor counter person. And not to trustworthy
