Just had my starter, battery, and auxiliary battery changed and rear tires replaced by them. Fairly priced for all the hardwork they did and they finished the job in 2 days. I couldn't be anymore happier with their service and work that was completed and highly recommend! Its hard for me to trust any garage but they won my trust over 1,000%

My 1st time taking my vehicle to Steve Shannon. Easily made an appointment online. I was a little early but they took my car right in for an oil change, topped off my fluids and put air in my tires. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for future service, now that I know where it's located (haha) and I had a pleasant experience! Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎄

Went in for yearly inspection. For fastest service (I waited for the car in their lounge) I was at the shop before 8am on a weekday. Done and out by 9:15. Yeah! Easy, fair price. Convenient. Thank you Shannon Auto Center. They also checked my tire pressures and rotated the tires at no additional charge.

About two weeks ago, I brought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for an alignment and inspection. I called ahead and was told no appointment was needed, but when I arrived I was suddenly told there would be a three-hour wait. After waiting, they informed me they couldn’t do either service because I supposedly needed a new control arm, and that they’d have to remove the front bumper to replace it. They quoted me around $1,200 for parts and labor—not including the alignment and inspection I originally came in for. This immediately raised red flags. Just two months earlier, I visited a different Steve Shannon location for an alignment, and they told me I needed new front struts. I took my P/U truck, for Inspection, and new tires, Dan took me right in, Ordered the tires, Due to odd size, He called me, and said, your tires are in, I brought it back in day after Christmas, and again took me right in. Left there with four new tires, and new sticker. Had fresh hot coffee, And did all this with me not calling him, Just him calling me to let me know the tires came in. Now that is the way we old-timers like doing Bisness, Amen. A great experience.
