Purchased a 2019 Chevy 1500 here. There were a couple of issues but they took care of all of them quickly and with no argument at all. And they were priced lower than any other dealer for anything comparable. Highly recommend them.

Updated Review as of 12/16/25 Steven Service and Car Sales sold me a completely defective piece of scrap metal on 4 wheels less than 4 weeks ago. How in the world is this place in business, forget my initial review I just found out the subframe of the 2012 Nissan Pathfinder I purchased is rotted. This is after already having nearly $2k in repairs made for serious safety issues before finding yet another issue after taking it in for a needed 4 Wheel alignment that couldn't be completed on the rear due to seized camber bolts and blown bushings. Now the entire rear subframe, suspension components, control arms, along with the rear bushings, camber bolts, ball joints all need to be replaced, etc. Most components will most likely have to be cut out due to the condition and seized bolts. I honestly if I could select no star on here that's what this place would get. Very alarming that he has any ratings with all the negative reviews .I brought my car in last Saturday for an inspection and was given a rejection sticker because of my LED headlight bulbs. The frustrating part is that the guy saw that the car had LED headlights before he brought it into the shop. He could have easily told me upfront that he wouldn’t pass it. I’ve taken this same car to countless inspection stations across Massachusetts and have never failed for LED bulbs. Most newer cars come factory-equipped with LEDs, so this made no sense. On top of that, he then tried to charge me $180 to replace the bulbs. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable from the start, and I personally felt profiled the moment
