I can’t say enough good things about Steven’s Auto and Truck Repair. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Steven was incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy—qualities that are hard to find these days. He got me in quickly, even on short notice, and the work was done fast without cutting corners. What really stood out was how he took the time to walk me through why the work was needed and what he was doing. He even explained everything clearly to my husband as well, which we really appreciated. You can tell he’s a very smart mechanic who truly knows his stuff and won’t take advantage of you like some of the big, multi-location shops around Longview. Extremely professional, honest, and thorough. I won’t go anywhere else now—highly recommend!

Steven's Auto and Truck repair is incredible. They do excellent work, going above and beyond for their customers. Steven will walk you through the process and honestly explain the needed repairs and parts. They never mark up part prices,which a refreshing difference from some other shops! They are very popular because they do such good work, so they might have times with heavy business traffic. Great customer service even when when the customer acts like a knucklehead(trust me, I know). They have helped me out multiple times and have always done a super job. I highly recommend Steven's!!!!

I live 3 1/2 hours from my daughter and it is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic over the phone / internet that will not take your money and leave you worse of than before. I found Steven’s Auto and Truck Repair after being burn and was hesitant being so far away but they put me at ease. They diagnosed the vehicle sent me step by step estimates and text to let me know what was going on. They also sent detailed pictures of the problems so I could see the problem. They asked for my ok fixed it and it is working great! They are my go to long distance mechanic for me to go to for my daughter. Thank you for everything!

So thankful for Steven’s Auto and Truck Repair. Called them up over a suspected transmission leak. They fitted us in very quickly. He was able to quickly assess and give a preliminary diagnosis. So glad to have found a place to trust our vehicles with that is NOT a dealership!
