She has helped me multiple times, and I truly appreciate the care, patience, and follow-through she provides. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and dropped my car off at 1:30 PM. In addition to the oil change, I also requested that my rear window wiper be replaced. After the service, I was told I would receive a call when my vehicle was ready; however, I did not receive a callback, and the rear window wiper replacement was not completed. As it got closer to closing time (around 5 PM), I decided to go to the dealership in person to check on the status of my car. Reaching the service department by phone has been challenging. They were far superior to Capitol Chevrolet, who insisted I come in for diagnostics before they would even order required parts. Stevens Creek made the entire process seamless with easy text communication and a single point of contact. My representative, Jesika, was absolutely on point, highly professional, efficient, pleasant, and never pushy about extra services. While completing the recalls, the team identified several minor issues I hadn't noticed. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I did try everything to resolve before posting this. On 11/24/25 I took my car into Steven's Creek Chevrolet in San Jose, CA. (which is also where I purchased my car) to have 2 items serviced. 1. The check engine light was on, and 2. the rear tire sensor was not reading the tire pressure. I was given an estimate of $300. I was told they were short handed and would need to keep my car for at least 4-5 days. Not ideal, but ok. On Wed Nov 26th, the agent sent me a scrolling text of the technicians codes that are setting off the check engine light and said he would contact me by phone to discuss a mile long text of all the codes. Their prices are BONKERS. And they will try to tell that you need service that you don’t. They tried to tell me that the 30,000m service on my Bolt EV would be $1,900! Including $187 for a cabin air filter (which costs $15 on Amazon), $50 for “AC Odor treatment” (which is completely made up nonsense) and $553 for brake fluid exchange (which the Chevy Bolt manual says doesn’t even need to be done until 5 years or 60,000m).
