Stevens Creek Subaru Service

Stevens Creek Subaru 3225 Stevens Creek Blvd., San Jose, CA 95117 In the fall of 2020 I wrote a very negative review of Stevens Creek Subaru for terrible customer service. In 2023 and 2024 Stevens Creek Subaru had made a complete turnaround and then provided very good customer service. Unfortunately, today's experience indicates Stevens Creek Subaru back sliding to their old ways of poor customer service. I give them credit for sending both e-mail and US mail service reminders including coupons for various discounts - this is a good customer service detail [remember the devils are in the details]. My 2013 Subaru Legacy has 92,787 miles so I made an appointment for an "Express Service - Standard Oil And Filter Change and tire rotation." The main reason I chose to have Stevens Creek Subar

Andreas was super welcoming and understanding to what I wanted for my next vehicle! No worrying was needed here since no one came rushing to push you into something you don’t want. I previously the weekend before went to two other Subaru locations, Roseville someone walked up right behind my car and kept trying to get me to go forward when I said I only wanted to look and not rush (really important for me) and DGDG Capital no one even bothered to come out even after walking around the whole lot and visibly looking around for anyone to help answer some questions I had. Andreas was helpful and friendly! He helped me find what I wanted and in my price range which was absolutely amazing! Thank you, Andreas!

My sister went there with a brand new car and they said both filters needed replacement. The filters are new, the car is new, the filters are completely white. It's a visual inspection anyway. If they are not honest about this, makes you wonder if you can trust their service on other things. We tend to forget this but cars can be a life or death situation.

I had a great experience working with Mason at Stevens Creek Subaru! I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car…just that it was making a strange sound. Mason was incredibly patient and really took the time to listen and understand the issue. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, providing updates and making sure I felt in the loop. When I came to pick up my car, he walked me through everything that had been done in great detail and answered all my questions. I really appreciated his patience, communication, and professionalism. Got 2 things fixed in my Subaru which were under extended warranty. I don't have too much experience with this Subaru service in general but Hung specifically (my service advisor) was amazing. He will explain as much or as little as you want and doesn't talk down to you. Also very communicative and nice. Promote this guy!
