I had my 2019 Honda Accord serviced under warranty at Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington. My service advisor was Alissa Mitchell. Alissa was absolutely tremendous and extremely helpful. She was quick to answer my calls, quick to return them, did a fantastic job answering all my questions, and went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was properly repaired and that I had a great loaner vehicle to drive while the work was being completed. This is the second time Alissa has helped me, and she has provided tremendous customer support both times. Always a great experience at this dealership! We always come here to get our vehicles, and we always look for Danny (DANIEL WALKER) to assist us. Yesterday, we looked at several vehicles as we couldn't decide which one to get, but Danny was very patient throughout the whole process, and was informative.
