I've always had a good experience at this location, from the moment I purchased my 4Runner at 41,000 miles to now at my 120,000 mile maintenance. I'm always kept updated when I'm in the store even with regular oil changes/tire rotations.

I have been dealing with Stevenson Hendricks since 2015; it has been a pleasant experience for the most part. Between my wife and myself, we have purchased 8 Toyota vehicles. Since that time, dealing with the service department, I would have to say, Steven Kirchhoff has the best service advisor I have dealt with. He’s a true professional and definite asset to the dealership. The organization would be a true winner, if they had more employees like Steven…. Kudos to him.
