I would like to thank Steve for taking care of me when my full-time, four-wheel drive Jeep broke down while traveling from New York home to San Antonio, Texas. As I was driving through Arkansas, I noticed an irregular popping sound. I continued driving until I reached Texas. It was already later than I had planned, thus I decided to check into a motel overnight and have the vehicle assessed first thing in the morning. I surmised it was a front-end problem. Bright and early the next morning, Steve took my call, gave me directions to his shop, and then devoted his undivided attention to identifying the problem (a failed front differential) and considering solutions. Very honest and helpful. Had to stop on our way through to TN, due to our alternator going out. They called every dealership they could to try and make sure we could see our family for Christmas. Really great people. Highly recommend Steve's Auto and Tire.

Steve's Auto got us back on the road with a new battery so quickly it was amazing! We sure got graced they were there by Rt 30. Friendly too. ...Only 5 stars 'cause there's not 6.

He fixed the ac in my dads truck. The cost was outrageous. He charged him $675 for a part that you can buy at parts store for less than $200. I know a mark-up is part of business but that much is insane. He is taking advantage of people. Please do your research before you let him work on any thing.
