I have used Steve's automotive for all of my vehicle needs for the last 12 years. I own an SUV, A van, and A truck. They have done a multitude of jobs on all three of them. Things as simple as an oil change and as complicated as electrical/computer work. For many years, every time they gave me a quote I would quote it all over town to see how they stacked up against their competition. Time and time again they were by far the cheapest. I have since quit doubting them or re-quoting it. They have always been very honest with me and haven't done work that my car didn't need. They have always identified issues that will need attention but have always helped me prioritize them so that I can space out any repairs. Overall, 5 star service. 5 star pricing. Steve's provided several services today for my 2021 Subaru Forester, and I wanted to share their pricing compared to the Kelly Blue Book (KBB) ranges for my vehicle and zip code. As you can see, they are almost always below the range for each service. I was very happy with the pricing, especially since I dropped off my keys overnight and they were able to complete all the work below by early afternoon. (I did have an appointment, as an FYI.) 1. Most kind and honest car folks around. Communicated with me through every major step. Had a slight mixup getting my car checked out and when I got the results it was pretty much totaled- Mike and the others refused to charge me for the diagnostic and minor fixes made despite the fact that the "mixup" only meant an extra day waiting, which they spent trying to see if my car could be saved. Couldn't be more greatful in the midst of my grief for my car. Thank you guys!

Been to this shop about five times with two different cars. All I can say is since the shop changed ownership I have had both cars be misdiagnosed, had been quoted astronomically high prices for labor and parts on something that should have been a quick fix. They won’t take responsibility for their mistakes and overall headache to talk with over the phone. Switched over to Twin Peaks automotive and will be staying there for any future work that any of my cars need

Please do not use this shop. I had them diagnose a few noises in my 2018 Lexus NX Sport a year and a half ago. They basically threw parts at it. Replaced rear shocks and front struts (both of which were due). They used after market parts telling me they were "better than the OEM parts". One of them has now failed and they will only warranty the part, not the labor. I also had them do a break job which I had to have redone at a different shop after a year because they used the WRONG parts. This used to be a good company but is absolutely not since the original owners sold it. Save your money and STAY AWAY.
