Steve and his crew have been taking care of my cars, my family's and my friend's cars for over 13 years. Always exceptional work and always the cheapest in Simi. If your vehicle needs it, they can get it. They're my first choice when something goes wrong.

Was informed Steve's had their reviews reset and wanted to contribute. Everytime my SUV has needed assistance he and his sone Wes are the first ones I call. No better deals or service.

Absolutely rude and does not listen. I was referred to Steve's and called last week to see when they had availability for an inspection for my ford e450 triton v10 6.8l. Steve insists it's diesel 3 times over the course of our conversation and I keep telling him it's gas. Tells me to bring it in Tuesday morning. I pull in and he asks "what the hell he's supposed to do with that (van)" and claimed I didn't tell him what it was and said he assumed it was a truck. Speaks for itself here, apparently didn't even know what an e450 was and gave me attitude for it. It's one thing to not have the space to service it, I understand that, but it's another to be rude and unprofessional.
