Transmission motor mount had deteriorated on my 2001 Saab 9-3throigh the help of both Chip and Dennis in the service office, I was able to get it diagnosed, part ordered, and repaired in a short time. I think Don in the service area repaired it. They provided pictures of the issue, quote for repair and timeline. Very transparent and pleasant to work with. They provided an inspection of issues and potential issues with priority for free.

Cale & Chip from Santa Clara store are attentive, patient and very forth coming about options and prices. Car required some additional service. They were thorough and made sure I was well taken care of. Location of store is great. Easy in and out with plenty of parking. Highly recommend this store versus other long established businesses in the area.

Steve's Automotive seems to care about their customers and the quality of work they do on your car at a fair price, what more can you ask? I've only used them once so far. I have a 10 year old Mercedes that I love and have always taken it to the Mercedes dealership for service, but they have gotten a little more expensive than they need to be, so I will try Steve's Automotive for my next service. My first visit was pleasant and affordable. I have a good friend who owned a used car dealership for many years and he was the one that recommended Steve's Automotive.

Love Steve’s Automotive! Reasonable, fast and you get a check list at the end with other things on your car that need attention but there is no pressure just info so you can decide what to do. Reasonable prices, great customer service, rides provided if you need one. Free coffee and donuts on Friday!

I am from Salt Lake City. I was in St. George for a soccer tournament. My blinker went out in my expedition while there. I had the lightbulb but no tools with me. I pulled up to Steve’s automotive and asked if they could help me. The guy at the desk went right away and got Rick and he came right out and changed out my light bulb for me in a matter of minutes! I was so grateful for them to take the time to help me. I had already stopped at a place close by and they wouldn’t help me.
