I had an emergency while vacationing in Lancaster. Steve's was highly recommended for expertise and honesty, so I called. I was initially told that they were all booked for that day but would fit me in on the next day. When I explained that I was from out of town and needed to leave Lancaster that night, they immediately put me in, and they stayed TWO HOURS AFTER REGULAR CLOSING TIME to get me on my way. And remember, this is knowing that I don't live in Lancaster and likely will never need their services again.

It's VERY hard to find a decent car garage in Lancaster; I have been going to Steve's since 2022, and it's been the BEST choice I ever made for my car! Their mechanics are knowledgeable, can provide explanations, and will even give you honest opinions. I love that they are about GOOD business, and NOT making money off of people and ripping them off.
