THEY DID IT AGAIN! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I am bringing one of my vehicle's auto repair needs to Stewart and ONCE AGAIN they did not fail to deliver. Being a retired military person, I expect and demand attention to detail. That's exactly why I bring my vehicle to Stewart. They ensure the job is perfect. They do the job right the first time. I am very particular about my vehicles, so I will only bring them to a shop I totally trust, and this is one of the main reasons I use Stewart. I know they will do it right the first time and for a fair price. I can't say enough compliments about Stewart and their team. I am hoping I will not need them anytime soon, but if a situation arises that I need a repair shop, I have the piece of mind that Stewart is there when I need them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Stuart Auto was simple excellent! We took my wife's 2011 Civic in to have it painted. The Florida sun had done quite a job on it & it only had 50,000 miles on it so, worth doing we feel. They said it would be about 2 weeks & it was 2 weeks! Of course, I did not haggle about price or my senior citizen discount, just trusted them to do the work. It came out GORGEOUS!!! It looks brand new! I can't say enough good about them! Now I am considering taking my Honda Element in for work as it is my baby & only trust it to very few! VERY FEW! They have earned my business.

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but my experience with Stewart Auto Repair was unacceptable. The estimate changed three separate times. I was initially quoted $6,500, then it was reduced to $5,000, and ultimately the final total reached $8,300 Even though my insurance handled the payment, this level of inconsistency raises concerns about transparency and accuracy in their estimating process. Additionally, I was told the repair would take approximately two weeks. The vehicle was not ready for over a month. There was little accountability regarding the delay. Most concerning is the condition of my vehicle after pickup. When I brought it in, despite the body damage, the engine was running smoothly and quietly. My service was okay in a sense if the issue with my vehicle was found. However the lack of communication and transparency was an issue for me. I was never contacted upon my vehicle’s arrival. I called the following day for an update. I was told they were looking for parts on a Thursday no word on Friday called twice on Monday with no return call. Tuesday, I called again and waited for a return call. I was advised that I should file a claim with my insurance that they could not find parts. I filed the claim and returned to the office at the direction of my insurance to remove my tag from the vehicle and remove belongings.
