Stewart's Lube-N-Wash

Absolutely amazing service and staff. My husband and I (and our 4 animals) are driving back to Montana from visiting family and buying our new car, well new car pops “low oil” alert between Amarillo and Dumas. The staff at Stewart’s was able to help us quickly and with great kindness. Being 15 weeks pregnant their absolute helpfulness and quick response was an emotional lifesaver. Cannot give them enough praise.

At about 6:30 p.m, while returning home from a vacation, (still had 8 driving hrs to go, been driving since 4:30 a.m) the mechanic required light came on, so I pulled over & a local man said to come to Stewarts LW (no relation, quite a coincidence) they checked air on all tires & checked oil & found the recent oil/filter changed light button had not been reset. All at No Charge. This traveling gal really appreciated that kindness, was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I always Pay it Forward.Thanks Guys

Got an oil change from here… Didn’t tighten the oil plug and lost all my Oil down the Dumas Highway!!! If I could leave 0 Stars I would… and I see from these other reviews it they’ve done it to other people as well!! Would not Offer a refund as well!! Do not go here!!

On my way home to SouthEast Tex, I stopped read reviews & decided Stewarts in Dumas for an oil change. I was first in line for oil change, others getting inspections. It seemed to take a very long time, at one point I poked my head in to see if my car was ready. I see the guy that changed my oil, inside my passenger side door rummaging around in my glove compartment. I thought it odd as it had taken so long already. I should of asked about what he was doing, then I poke in again & now he's under my car. & still waiting atleast another 25 mins. Once on my way I stop at a Rest stop in Donley County, coming back to my car I see the skid plate under neath hanging down with only 1 screw holding it on. I call Stewarts the nice lady comes back on & says go to a shop ask if they will accept payme
