STG Auto Group of Bellflower Service Center

This has been the second time their mechanics have overfilled the engine with motor oil the first time was when I bought the car and had to drive to their service station to get a quarter removed. And the second time I took it in to get a complimentary oil change they did it again that I had to take it to another mechanic to remove the excessive oil AGAIN!!! From now on I will NOT be taking my car back here to get any kind of services let alone charge me $125 just to remove rubber strips of tire from when one of the tires blew up on me while on the road when I could’ve removed those bits of rubber myself but these guys want to charge you for any tiny little thing like give me a break here. Again do not take your car to this place for services you’re better off going to a pep boys or any ot

Bought car and want to return definitely got a lemon

They give me the run around all the time. Can’t even get them to fix my vehicle, if I could give 0 stars I would. Went there 3 times still sent home with the same problem. They even put the wrong oil in my Audi. I had to figure it out on my own. Feels like I bought extra warranty for no reason.

The employees there are very quick to say hello, but then when they leave to “check on things” you don’t see anyone for awhile. My salesman went to check on the vehicle and never came back.
