Worst experience for the 2nd time. Our service advisor said it would be a week and a half, ended up being 4 weeks. The part got shipped to the wrong address. They finally gave me a courtesy vehicle after having to call and complain a little. If it wasn't for me texting and calling often, I would have received no updates from our advisor. I will not be going back to Stokes but if I have to for some reason, we won't use Amanda.

I live in North Charleston, and bowl in Moncks Corner (Swamp Fox). Realizing one of my tires PSI was low, I stopped in at Stokes, and asked if they would put air in the tire. The service tech, his name is Chris, said he would do it. Chris, not only put air in the tire, he checked all the tires and found they were over inflated. He then re-inflated the tires to spec, and re-calibrated the senses on my vehicle. He then informed me my oil level was at 18% and to low. Because Chars, was honest about everything, I decided I would bring my vehicle to him for service. With that, I think he did an outstanding job. Amanda Burbage, was very courteous and knowledgeable. Sky got me in no problem. A part had to be replaced. the part was ordered. The old part was replaced the same day the new one came in. I am happy as always with the service.
