Stone Car Wash

No matter how much you pay or how hard you scrub the car wash does not work. $10 and it didn’t touch any of the marks on my car. I didn’t hand wash this time because automatic doesn’t hardly touch it. Still extremely disappointed. Soaked and my car isn’t clean. Worst car wash. At least it’s convenient 🙄

Never again! First if all, the machine that takes your card is very hard to use! The lights are out and you can't even see what wash to chose. The card reader is infuriating. Three time to read. Apparently the auto dry isn't included in the wash???? The vacuums suck and I spent over $8 to do the whole inside of my car . Don't waste your money!!!!!

Zero stars. I only come here because it's local. I tried 3 vacuums tonight. Only 1 was working right. Sometimes, I get zero water pressure when I do the self-car wash, or the brush has no soap (no, it's not kinked, I know that trick to using it). Stopped one morning, the manual side, both of them were overflowing with coins, so you couldn't put any in or use them. So I went to the automated. The automated side scratched my hood and passenger side. Fairly deep, almost to the metal. They weren't there before I went thru. There is no number inside the laundry mat to contact for them to make any of it right. Buying a hose and setup to wash my car at my house spring, summer, and fall, so I only deal with this place in the winter.

Manual bays are decent, but the automatic wash is subpar at best and a poor value. They have upped the price but not updated the machines any. I always have to hand dry after the auto wash because the dryers don't do a good job, and if you don't finish drying it by hand you will undoubtedly get water spotting from the hard water it uses. Even after the highest wash option my vehicle still has plenty of dirt and bug grime all over (I understand that automatic washes will never be as good as a hand wash, but it's bad for even an auto wash). It is better than nothing, but not by very much.

I'm not sure what happened to this place, but it was my 2nd choice of touchless car washes. The last time we used it, it only took about 75% of the road grime off our vehicle. Hope they can figure out what's wrong. Update: 6/20/23 it appears they are replacing the automatic carwash.
