I purchased the car in 2012 and it runs like a brand new car. I brought it in to ensure as prices increase on parts that I keep my car in tip top shape. Nice folks working here, but they will lie to your face about the services they perform. If you get a tire balancing and alignment, the tires are supposed to be aired up. They didn’t air up my tires. I drove in with 29 or 30 psi on a cold day and on the next morning, they were still 29 or 30 psi. Both days were cold. The day after should’ve had a higher tire pressure if the work was truly done, which I don’t think it was. Also, the vehicle got done extremely fast… Faster than an oil change and balancing and alignment could’ve really been done. What good is a smile with a lie?

The wait time to order parts is far too long. I waited 20 minutes and they asked me for the information they needed. Then, 20 minutes later, they asked me for the same information again. In short, I waited for over an hour and didn't receive any quote. The service is terrible.

My service advisor TJ was amazing! From the moment I arrived he made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car and kept me updated the entire time. He made the whole process super easy. For the first time its been a 10/10 experience at Nissan.
