he worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had multiple issues with my 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie that were covered by my “Lifetime Warranty” I purchased when I purchased my truck new. When I brought my truck in to address what I was currently experiencing and that I wasn’t certain if the battery was bad and if it was I purchased a new batt and it was on the back seat. Service advisor reached out to me and quoted me $499.00 for a new battery and installation (that’s comical as it takes all of 5 minutes). I again explained that I already purchased a new battery and it was on the back seat. He replied it would cost $112.50 to swap out the batteries. They truly went above and beyond to help me and fought to get me the best deal possible. They really listened to what I needed, worked within my budget, and made sure I was genuinely happy with my purchase. I have a new vehicle purchased in SEPT at a different Jeep dealership about 90 miles away. I did purchase all warranties with the vehicle. I took the car in to the local Jeep dealership after a couple of months when I noticed it had been slowly dropping pressure in a same tire since I purchased it, and I’d refilled it every 2 weeks. The service center checked it out and responded that it probably had a slow leak and they couldn’t find it to repair. So I asked for a replacement tire. They said no, I would have to talk to the Jeep dealership I purchased the vehicle from. What? I asked to speak to the manager, they said he wasn’t there. What? Moses was our sales agent and he was super helpful he listened to exactly what we wanted he was so kind and Frank was also there helping our kids to get whatever they needed like hot chocolate and he was able to help get us the car we wanted for the best price I've ever seen and I'm super happy with the purchase that we made. I had a great experience at this car dealership. Everybody was very welcoming and generous. Santiago was the first person I dealt with directly. His customer service was phenomenal.
