Nice family-orientes, and family ran business getting passed down from generation to generation. Carl stone is a reasonable human, who will try to work things out to take care of you. Allowing a payment plan for services is so helpful. They keeo the town going.

Been going there since I could drive, 35 yrs. Always the most reasonable and accommodating. It’s amazing how they can fit you in , in an emergency and get you back on the road. Efficient shop, average to below average labor rates. Can’t go wrong here.

I hope you are rich if you need these people to tow your car out of a snowbank almost 300$ just to get the front wheel out of a small snowbank. They were also very rude and snarky.

I had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with this towing company. My vehicle was towed, and when I went to retrieve it, they demanded $2,000 to release it. This was a shocking and completely unfair demand, especially since I had no prior notice or reasonable explanation for such a high fee. When I questioned the charge, the staff informed me that the owner was not available and that they couldn’t release my car unless I paid. I had no choice but to get the police involved to try and resolve the situation. After filing a fraud report, I am still waiting for any kind of resolution. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and willingness to help was appalling. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this compan

These people are crooks… I got my car towed by them. They were my last resort… they winch and towed my car on a flatbed and didn’t give me the option to drive it… which it was in fact drivable and then the next day I went to pick it up and they demanded 2000$ to let me get my keys and so I refused and asked for a receipt which they wrote absolute bogus on and then started arguing with me and was beyond rude and told me their boss was on vacation in Florida… also told me my tow driver had no say in what I was getting charged for. Which is absolutely absurd seeing he was the only one who saw my accident… had to get law enforcement involved and call my insurance company to explain the situation. They also managed to tell me my aaa was not accepted which was absolutely not true seeing my toe d
