So thankful for Deanna and Mark today! I hydroplaned off the highway and within 45 minutes, Mark was there to help. He changed my tire in the rain and mud. He also helped direct traffic while I got back on the road and made sure my car was driving okay before leaving. Deanna was my phone operator and she was very sweet. Thankful to both of them for getting me back on the road and home safely. Thank you for the awesome service!
The young lady who answered our call was so friendly and helpful and the tow driver got there to help in a very reasonable amount of time. He was kind enough to give my husband a lift home as well. Great customer service will definitely have me recommending this company and returning as a customer if ever in need in the future.
The best! I will only call this company from now on. The lady taking the calls was so nice. The tow truck arrived within 30 minutes of me calling. They got my car out of the ditch, no problem. The men working the wrecker are incredibly nice. Deserves 10 stars! I'm so very thankful for them.
