This place is a Longmont staple for automotive excellence. Had some issues with my Jeep and the entire process was good people helping with great communication. Mark runs a great place and it shows with the well kept areas, nice bays, and friendly staff. Knowledgable would be an understatement for their team and they explained all my repair needs and processes with care. Kaycee was an awesome help throughout my whole process and was great at keeping me informed. The work done was 100% and a very good price. I am glad I found them and I hope you do too!

This was easily the most well run automotive place I've ever been to. And I'm 68 years old. These guys are all professionals. They're highly knowledgeable and thorough. Couldn't recommend them more.

I have been to Stonum several times for maintenance and tune-ups and have had very positive, honest and helpful interactions. For this visit, however my aging car was on its last leg. Mark helped me tremendously with diagnosing the problem. He did so much research on my behalf to figure out what was happening with my car. He updated me frequently with progress and was very thorough when explaining both the diagnosis and repairs. As it ended up, my car was no longer operational. He worked with me to find a solution for having the vehicle towed from their property and was so patient with me throughout my experience. I would absolutely recommend Stonum (and Mark) to anyone looking for honesty and fair prices on repairs and maintenance.

We were scheduled to head out of town for a cross country camping trip when the alternator failed, requiring a new fuse box as well. Casey fit me in the schedule, Phil secured the parts, and we were still able to get on the road the same day. The team did a great job!

Had repairs from them before with no issues, though a little expensive. I went in today and they quoted me $1000 for a new starter and diagnostics. Wanted over $300 just to look at my car for a check engine light and to see about replacing the starter. When I pushed back about the price of the part, they “found” a cheaper one. That tells me all I need to know to never trust this place again. I’m so disappointed. Found the part online for $150 and I have a mobile mechanic coming from Greeley who can compete the job in an hour.
