Stoops Freightliner-Western Star (Indy)

Very nice and clean driver lounge. One of the best I’ve seen at a dealership. Comfortable recliner chairs with TV, quiet work booths, clean laundry room, and a good coffee and snack area. Everything is modern and well maintained. Perfect place for drivers to rest or work while waiting for service. Staff seems friendly and the environment feels safe and professional. Now let’s see what will happen with the truck I brought in for service — hopefully the repair will match the quality of this great driver lounge. Really appreciate places like this that take care of drivers.

This is a nice place. What is so wrong here is the service foreman needs an assistant. My truck has been ready since 8:30 this morning. I've been waiting for them to close out the invoice. 12:30 invoice has been paid 30 minutes ago. I'm still waiting for them to bring my truck out of the service bay. Hurry Up And Wait. This place makes you wait like a County Hospital does. Don't get your repair service here unless you're on vacation time I've been here for 3 days

They have my 14 day and they can not find nothing i had a isshu with my cluch but i think they are very busy thast way doning a joy to fast do not come here

Unfortunately, I went to leave my truck at this place without reading the reviews. What a bad experience. They take a long time to serve you. The prices are crazy. Poor customer service.

Second time here at Stoops ran into Bill again in service and it felt good to run into familiar faces during a time of distress. Great customer service always. Clean nice upgraded driver lounge. Highly recommend. Great service!
