Storm Towing

Used them a year ago to get my truck to a shop in San Antonio from Seguin. They sent out Philip and he was on time but not professional. He seemed irritated and inconvenienced that my f150 had to be winched onto the flat bed tow truck. Just had the truck brought back to seguin and got the same guy dispatched. He was 1.5 hours late and never reached out to me to let me know. I had to call dispatched to get him to call me. When he did call he said he was still an hour from the job. So I called dispatch back to f8le a complaint and was sent to voice mail witch is always full so you cant leave one. I kept calling the company 4 times over the next 2 hours with the same results till Philip calls me and said the office want to know what I need. Like are you for real. I said it doesn't concern him

I have now been waiting almost 3 hours for Storm Towing to arrive, they were chosen by my insurance provider Hagerty. They have texted arrival times. Missed those times. Posted new times which they have missed. They don't answer the phone and their voice mailbox is full. Would not choose

Great experience with Storm Towing this month! My engine warning light came on in rush hour traffic, 95 degrees outside! I was able to immediately turn into an empty lot & turn off the engine. I called USAA, & was connected to a towing company which couldn’t find me in their system; said they would arrive in an hour. 90 minutes later, called USAA again; they sent Storm Towing. They picked up my car & dropped it off at my local dealer’s shop. The dealer couldn’t even look at my car for 7 days, they said. I called Storm Towing, and they picked up my car again, and dropped it off at an independent repair shop. Justin, their driver, kept me informed with texts. Friendly & reliable! USAA paid for the first tow—I paid $150 for the additional tow—I don’t know what the avg cost is in Austin, but $

Storm Towing was dispatched to me from USAA after a nightmare I had been through with a different company that was sent first. Isaiah called me to let me know he was on his way and I was crying when I answered. He was calm, polite and showed me so much empathy. I was extremely grateful for that. When he showed up he was again extremely polite and professional. He had my car loaded very quickly and carefully. I can't say thank you enough to him and his kindness was greatly appreciated on what was a crappy situation for me. Thank you so much again Isaiah!!!

The absolute worst tow service that I never chose to use in the first place. I was told 45 min for them to get to me. Over an hour later I get a call from the driver that it’ll be about 30 more mins for him to get to me. He thinks he’s funny and tried to tell me his opinion on the time I requested a tow and it’s the day after the holiday and I was ridiculous to expect him to be on time. NO YOU TELL SOME ONE YOULL BE SOME WHERE AT A CERTAIN TIME YOU GET THERE AT THAT TIME! This place is awful and the driver sounds about as brave over the phone as I’m sure he is behind a keyboard.
