I was the victim of a "smash & grab" on the west side of Indy. Because I live in Cicero, I asked a friend who knows collision repair where I should go. He said Story's Collision Center, and he was right! Brian Story and his team took great care of me and my car and turned a very negative occurrence into something much better! They cleaned out my car completely so there is no glass and it only took a day and a half and I'm back on the road. And, Brian's a pretty funny guy!😊

These are great, honest people. I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs. I have been twice and both times they are up front and do excellent work in a timely manner at an unbeatable price. Can’t say enough good things- I would not hesitate recommending this business to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

My car got smudge in the back left side at Rio in the parking lot, no note nothing. I researched where to take it to get fixed as I only wanted it popped out. Brian at Story’s was fantastic he offered to do it free of charge. That meant the world to me as I am a single mom and every dollar counts. The left it good as new. Had headlight issues. Called a few places that did not have time to do the repairs I needed. When I called Story’s they not only fit me in to their schedule quickly but they worked with me and my busy schedule. They were extremely professional and did a great job! I will use them again in the future. They went way above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate it.
