STR Roadside Assistance

This company has been so great at helping me the past few days. Omar has really went above and beyond for me in my dire time of need. I don't know what I would have done without him being stranded multiple times due to a bad battery. and even picking up a new one and installing it. Couldn't say better things about the company and Omar!

I was doing security at pechanga arena. I locked my keys in the car. STR roadside assistance came to my location within 30 minutes. Before Mike arrived he gave me call to let me he was close and the kind of vehicle he was in. He was extremely professional and fast. To top it all off he told me he hopped out of bed to come help. So he definitely earn this review for his company. Keep up the good work thanks again Mike

Omar/Mike did an excellent job diagnosing our vehicles start-up issue. Was able to get the battery charged & adjusted so our car could start. Above and beyond customer service 👍🏼

Came out to our site to fix our completely flat tire, made the repair very quickly and even tested to make sure it was settled and maintaining air! Very pleased!
