I really liked the service of this company. I also liked that it is a “Family Business”. They did the job clearly and competently. For my 4 Wheels Drive car they specially arrived on a track, which can lift the car completely on all 4 wheels. They were the only ones who cared about it. Very grateful. This was a game changing experience. Willie Brizuela was incredibly professional and actually cared about doing a good job. Even at the risk of not being compensated by insurance. He kept constant communication about the tow and made sure the accident scene was clean. This level of customer care is unheard of these days. If I could give 10 stars I would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Willy gave us great service! We had a car emergency and he dropped everything to come and get our car from a dealership to an autobody shop without us even having to be there. He got the entire job done in less than an hour and his price was vary fair. Would highly recommend STR Towing!

A mechanic fixes and does their task keeping their secrets. This mechanic fixes and is more than willing to give you advice on top of any help you may need. I was close to their shop and got a discount to fix up my car. Nice to have a friendly neighborhood mechanic for a change.
