Huge thank you to STR Towing for an excellent experience. Jeremy was our technician, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He helped us even though we did not have all the tools we needed and truly went above and beyond to get our tire replaced safely on the side of I-65. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress free. We are very grateful for the help and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.

I was stranded in Cool Springs with a battery junction box failure and Billy came to get me towed home. He took great care loading my F250 and delivered it home safely. I can’t recommend STR enough!

Thought I could drive my son's car to get checked at Rhea Little's Garage for issues and 1/2 way there the car starts dancing and loosing function. I safely pulled over into a gas station and called the garage and asked them for a recommendation for a tow service because there were so many choices when searching online. They recommended Kevin and gave me their number. He was courteous on the phone and informed me of the expected timeline of his scheduled work and was able to fit me in. Kevin and Chris were absolutely delightful. My 18 year old daughter experience her first flat tire and called AAA and STR showed up in 15 minutes. They were so kind and got her car towed quickly and safely. Highly recommend!

Called 3 towing companies ~1020pm on a Thursday night. STR towing was the only one that had someone answer the phone (Brandi, very pleasant). Tyler showed up at 1110pm, very pleasant/efficient & careful with my genesis GV70. Short tow 1 mile to Discount Tire. Very reasonable price.
