They took care of everything, did all repairs in a professional and polished way, and I am beyond pleased with the results! Zach stayed in touch throughout the process and was incredibly helpful! We meet Alex when we took our Lexus for an estimate 7 months ago. He is courteous and professional. He will work with his customers to ensure their satisfaction. We like his demeanor and is attentive to answer any questions and concerns we had. It’s difficult to meet someone like that in auto body business. Straight Auto Body is also an authorized Lexus body shop that meets all of Lexus requirements. I did not hesitate to return to him most recently for more work. He is the REAL DEAL.

This place is awesome! My car's hood has been a nightmare. It had some scratches, and it was poorly repainted twice by a different body shop. So, I've been driving around for two years with a hood that looked awful. It was frustrating every time I walked up to my car and saw the shoddy work. I couldn't take it anymore and I wanted to get it fixed right and I was referred to Straight Auto Body by Cadillac, and wow—what a difference. They repainted my hood, and now it looks better than it ever has. It's flawless, like a Black Milky Mirror of Glitter. Top notch work!! They were also kind enough to touch up some dings around other places on my car since they already had the paint out. I highly recommend bringing you car here for any body work that is needed. Simon has an amazing attitude along with his team that gets things done. I was involved in minor collision in which I was referred to come here and it was the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning, with the drop off, everything went smooth. They took my car in, and helped me sort out my rental situation with the insurance. The very next day they updated me on what was going on with the insurance and the adjuster. Once everything was sorted they gave me an update that they were going to begin repairing.
