I want to say thank you to Eric and his team for the great job they did on my suv roof rack installation. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule, before a road trip we had to take. The roof rack created a lot more space in the vehicle for the trip and installation is solid. Thank you to Travis and Joe up front for dealing with me and again special thank you to the employees in the back making it happen..! Thank you and I will be back for all of my vehicles needs!

Exceptional service, exceptional work and an exceptional team! What more can I say about Straightaway Motors? A lot. My Sprinter went into limp mode about 6 miles from Bozeman - I am from Florida and was traveling through. Even though they were booked solid, Travis was kind enough to say “come on in and we will check the codes.” He almost immediately found the problem and they were kind enough to work on my car the next morning and get me on my way. I then drove to Utah and New Jersey and got home safely. The shop is clean and well organized. The attention to detail and quality of work was as good as I have experienced. I wish I had a Straightaway Motors near me - it would, without question, be my go to location for service on my vehicles. They definitely put the customer first.

I had the front struts replaced on my Lexus. Straight away did their usual great job. 1000 miles away from home and the car rides so much better. They finished early. They came in under budget. They have always done great work on any car I have taken to them. Highly recommend.

This shop is the closest I have encountered to be a customer friendly one. You will be turned around if they , in the years of experience, think it would be unfair to try to fix something they wouldn't know how to. With that being said. They have been commendable in orderly fashion of "it's a business and employees need to get paid, wether they could find the problem or not you will be charged for hours of diagnostics. Still that is also fair, it's not their fault no one knows everything."

Guy was super nice communicated well on what I needed done with my car and was honest and also flexible with timing! Going to get transmission fluid changed and air filter i trust they will do a good job with it!
